Where can I find a store front to rent, in order to open a business?

See a realtor, or just drive through the area and look for "FOR RENT" signs.

Drive around and take down the names of the centers, then you can come home and then look up the names of the companies that hold them. It takes a while, but it's the best way. That or look up for commercial real estate on the internet for your area of interest.
