Hermes Delivery late (AGAIN)?

Question

I've ordered clothes off ASOS and it said they should be here within four days. Well it's now day 5 (going onto 6) and my parcel STILL hasn't come.

This has happened before. Is the courier in my area really bad or has this happened to anyone else before? I wanted these clothes for Tuesday and now I'm getting frustrated with their unreliability.

this has happened to me with a courier, one of them just left a £300 pen (it recorded what you wrote and spoke) on the front doorstep for anyone to pick up! they said they knocked, i was in all day and they didnt. same happened when my new mobile got delivered. (it was Yodel)

I would call Hermes and complain. Let them know that you are not satisfied.
