Hot jobs just starting in Pittsburgh would be anything connected with the Nuclear Power Systems Industry,

Westinghouse plans on hiring 3k to 4k world wide to meet the needs of building new plants. All disciplines will be needed, as most of us left are nearing retirement.

Ionics/GE Division

and many other smaller sub contractors.

Westinghouse doesn't make much anymore, but Joint Ventures with other Heavy Players.
