I ordered a book online twice and the post office said they put it in my mailbox but it wasn't there. Now I am planning to buy it for the third time but instead of the USPS bringing it to my home I would like to pick it up at the post office instead. How would I go about doing that?

Call your local delivery office. Ask to speak with a delivery supervisor. You can make special arrangements.
