Need to complain about this spa about misrepresentation.I have bought a pkg $4K plus and told 2 mths back about not patronising it for too long from a bunch of rude staff. When I bought it, I was told that there is no expiry and I have been trying to get a slot for 1 month. The asst mmgr was rude and said that there is no slots till end Feb and it's too bad.Where can I get help from such terrible service and attitude. When I try to ask for an appointment with the manager, she says that she will not want to see me.THey tried to ask me to top up more money to extend the last trip so no point talking about it.The package is over.

It is real important to purchase spa packages through reputible spas. When purchasing a spa package. Always place them on your credit card. If you did this, you may have recourse through your credit card company by disputing the charges. Make sure you have maintained a log of who you spoke to and when. If obstacles start showing up, contact them in writing. If the spa is a local spa, contact your local television station. They generally will have a consumer reporter who may take it on.

Tell you what to do run a ad in the local paper for that company about what has been told to you and what has taken place I will bet you that they will find time to talk to you when it hits the paper. You may even find others that it has happened to if you ask in ad about it. give email adress to contact you. You may be suprised at how effective newspapers can be. Get in the large print. Some papers have a free section for things like this and some will help if they feel it will generate paper sales. I have personally done this before and it worked nicely.

I'm sorry but this sounds like a scam to me.

I think you need to talk it over with the police department. This is particularly true if you have never gotten any ser vice from them. You spent over $4000 and can't get service. You need something more than an agency to complain to.

They probably have a business license. You might try getting that license pulled.
