where to refill a helium tank in fayetteville, nc?

i was wondierng if anyone knew here i could find a place to refill my helium tank,
i bought a new one and i need to get helium in it for ballons.

RE: Can a helium tank be refilled? I bought a partially filled helium tank at a yard sale and want to refill it for a party I'm having this weekend. Party City said they don't do that... they only rent tanks out. Is there any place that does this?
